- Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase.
- The product must be in new or lightly used condition--don't smoke 3 grams of your 1/8th and then try to make an exchange. We cannot honor our policy for the overuse of the product.
- Exchanges are not allowed for damage that results from misuse.
In the unlikely case that you receive a defective item in any of your bud.com purchases, we will replace the item for you within 7 days of purchase. Please contact our bud.com support team immediately if you received defective or damaged products so we can begin the exchange process.
